
We are pleased to invite submissions for Issue 2 (2026) of Computational Linguistics in Bulgaria, a newly established annual open-access journal published by the Department of Computational Linguistics at the Institute for Bulgarian Language, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
The journal welcomes research in all areas of theoretical computational linguistics, as well as work on resources, datasets, and technologies for natural language processing and artificial intelligence. We are particularly interested in new approaches and methods that support small and low-resource languages, including Bulgarian.
What we publish:
• Full-length research articles
• Short papers
• Book reviews
Peer Review:
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. The editorial team adheres to the COPE Code of Conduct for Journal Editors and the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.
Open Access Policy:
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence.
Submission Guidelines:
Authors should format their manuscripts using the official CLiB LaTeX template (Overleaf / PDF). Submissions and reviewing are managed through the CLiB Journal Electronic Submission System.
