This has a motorboat ramp with big parking area, 48 camping spurs with electric, fresh-water & sewer connections, hot showers with restrooms, lakeshore climbing & bike tracks, wildlife watching, Lake Conroe sailing and water activities, fishing, an area that is picnic Lake Conroe, shoreline wading, 85 kilometers of OHV, equestrian and mountain bike trails close in addition to 129 miles of climbing from the Lone celebrity Hiking Trail. Swimming just isn’t permitted. This area is covered with breathtaking pine that is large hardwood woods plus tens and thousands of colorful wildflowers. Mid February redbud tree blossoms followed closely by dogwood tree blossoms during the early March are an amazing outside flower show.
