What are the results once I send my TPD discharge application?

Directly after we get your TPD release application, we are going to simply take the following actions:

? First, we shall speak to your loan holders and instruct them to suspend collection task on the loans for a time period of as much as 120 times. This means you shall never be needed to make re re payments in your loans for 120 times.

NOTE: If all of your loans come in standard and re re re payments are increasingly being gathered by wage garnishment and/or Treasury Offset, the garnishment or offset may carry on.
