The 2 Knox County juries struggling to determine – each panel divide differently – if Norman Eugene Clark killed their expecting gf never heard from him within the courtroom, but tv watchers will Friday evening.
Clark never testified at either of two studies in Knox County Criminal Court into the December 2011 slayings of their gf, Brittany Eldridge, 25, and their unborn son, Ezekiel.
Eleven jurors in the– that is first in August 2015 – voted to acquit him. At the very least 10 jurors into the 2nd trial – held in September 2017 – are considered to have voted to convict him.
Clark’s ‘Dateline’ talk under wraps
Knox County District Attorney General Charme Allen’s workplace announced early in the day this current year prosecutors wouldn’t normally look for a trial that is third.
After each and every test, Clark consented to a special meeting with the manufacturers of NBC’s popular news mag tv program, Dateline. The episode airs at 10 p.m friday. Just the manufacturers, Isaacs and Rodgers understand what Clark stated in each meeting.

Neither Rodgers nor Isaacs is exposing just exactly just just what their customer – Isaacs handled the trial that is first Rodgers the next – told Dateline manufacturers. Dateline itself decided to go to court when prosecutors Kyle Hixson and Leslie Nassios desired a court purchase to compel manufacturers to make on the meeting as prospective proof.
